For Items “For the Home” or “Wall Letters”:
 
Orders can be made from our current inventory, or we can customize anything to fit what you’re looking for.  Please call or send an email and we’ll get your design started!
 

Invitations or Announcements(excluding wedding invitations):

  1. Please call or email us so that we can get an idea of what you’re looking for
  2. We will set up a consultation to go over various design ideas, and to provide you with a quote. If you have a budget, please let us know. We are more than happy to accommodate to your needs and can create a dazzling design for any budget.
  3. We will then create a proof of your design for you to approve.
  4. Once you have given your approval of the proof, we will send a final invoice. After your approval, final printing will begin. For this reason, if any changes need to be made, there will be a fee applied to that final invoice.
  5. After all the printing is complete, we will package and send your order on its way!
 

Custom Wedding Invitations:

  1. Please call or email us so that we can set up a complimentary consultation to go over what you’re looking for.
  2. After your initial consultation, an $80.00, non-refundable, deposit will be required to begin work. We will then create 2-3 designs for your wedding. (The $80.00 deposit covers cost for these designs and will be applied to your total invoice at the time of order).
  3. Once a design is chosen, together we will carefully go over all the text for every piece of your order. Proofs of every piece will then be created and sent to you either email or postal mail. At this time we will also provide you with a final quote.
  4. These final proofs are used to confirm layout, spelling, typestyle, and dates. You are responsible for carefully reviewing the proofs. After a signed proof is received, Vintage Paper Concepts is no longer responsible for any mistakes. 
  5. After the signed, final proof is received, a deposit of 50% of your invoice will be required to go to press.
 
It is very important that you proof read your invitations more than once. Vintage Paper Concepts will not be responsible for any errors as we print the text exactly as you have approved it. There will be no refund if a mistake is found after items have been printed.
